Jed’n has participated in the Tournoi sans frontières (TSF) in 2019, the Scotiabank CONCACAF U13 Champions League in 2018 and the Mundialito tournament in 2014. In 2014, the Mundialito tournament was held in Portugal which was the start of Jed’n’s international experience. He got the chance to play against renowned clubs such as Juventus, FC Porto, etc.
The CONCACAF U13 Champions League was especially fulfilling to Jed’n, for he was required to adapt to extremely new conditions. The weather and high altitude in Toluca, Mexico was different from what he was used to and as well as getting accustomed to the foreign culture. The TSF, held in Sens, France, Jed’n and his team had the opportunity to play against other teams of a higher caliber.
Jed’n won the Student of the Year Award from the Montreal Impact Academy, now known as CF Montreal. This award is given to the 3 players with the best academic scores of their division. As a reward he had the opportunity to spend a day with the professional team. Watched their light morning practice, joined them for lunch then view their afternoon practice. He also had the opportunity of watching one of their matches, which Jed’n considers as an unforgettable experience.
